Our History

1993 — Present

2025

2025 was a big year in updating our in precision cutting toolbox. First, we upgraded our ESAB hi-def plasma table to a new torch & cutting head, control module, stepper motors, power unit, and computer, which were supplied and installed by Thermal Dynamics . The upgrade was a significant improvement that offers higher cut precision, better control, faster cut speeds all while burning through less consumables. Second, we added a FlexJet F-1565 Waterjet from Flex Machine Tools. The waterjet offers the advantage of a tight precision without heat warping or unintended heat treatment at the cut surface. It has a cutting area of 180” x 78” and 12” on the z-axis and its tilter head allows for taper compensation and up to 45-degree bevel cuts.
